ABSTRACT

Polymorphic reticulosis is a rare and fatal disease in otolaryngology field. But authors recently have experienced a case of polymorphic reticulosis which had been controlled with radiation and chemotherapy. The 20-year-old male patient had visited our O.P.D due to hoarseness, fatigue and anorexia and had been diagnosed as polymorphic reticulosis with histopathologic examination. The patient had received radiation 4560 Rad. and had been treated with cyclophosphamide 3,000 mg, prednisolone 940 mg and vincristin 4.0 mg with good result and we have been following up at our O.P.D for about 2 years.
