Tuberculosis is still common granulomatous disease in Korea but its incidence is tend to decline after effective vaccination and anti-tuberculous chemotherapy. It involves mainly in lung, bone, joint, kidney etc, and rarely in skin, nasal cavity, thyroid, pancreas, breast etc. The authors have recently experienced a case of nasal and skin tuberculosis without involvement of lung and report with literature review.
