ABSTRACT

The branchial anomalies are persistent remnants of the embryologic branchial apparatus, manifestating as sinuses, cysts, fistulas, cartilage nests or combinations. Bilateral second branchial cleft anormalies are extremely rare. Recently we have experienced a case of bilateral second branchial cleft anomaly with unilateral complete fistula, which was treated with surgical extirpation.

Keywords: Branchial cleft anomaly.
