ABSTRACT

Pleomorphic adenoma, as the name implies, is derived from different varieties of tissue elements, and it is the most common type of benign epithelial salivary gland tumors. The tumor affects most frequently the major salivary glands, especially in the parotid gland. It can also be seen in the upper respiratory tract including nasal cavity, but very unusual. We experienced two cases of pleomorphic adenoma originating from lateral wall of nasal cavity. First patient was a 44-year-old female and second patient was a 24-year-old female. Both patients complained unilateral nasal obstruction and intermittent epistaxis.
