Two Cases of Benign Mixed Tumor of the Nasal Septum

ABSTRACT

Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign epithelial salivary tumor. They are most frequently found in the parotid gland, then the submandibular gland, followed by the minor salivary glands. The appearence of this tumor in the upper respiratory tract is highly unusual. The authors experienced 2 cases of pleomorphic adenoma arising from the nasal septum, and we report our cases with review of the related literature.
