An interesting case of coexisted fish bone at subglottic space with laryngeal diphtheria is presented. The emergency trachectomy was performed for severe dyspnea due to positive laryngeal diphtheria, and the specific treatment was given, but the decannulation was difficult, and so revision was done and found a big fish bone at subglottic space, and after the removal of the foreign body, the patient recovered normal.
