ABSTRACT

Behçet's syndrome is multiple symptom complex which is manifested by recurrent oral ulceration, genital ulceration and ocular inflammation. This syndrome has many additional manifestations including cardiovascular, skin, central nervous system and gastrointestinal involvement. More than forty years after Behçet's first report of the disease, the etiology and treatment are still obscure. We experienced a patient, a 20-year-old male, who had Behcet's syndrome associated with ileocecal involvement and so report this case with reviewing literature.
