ABSTRACT

Cancer of the skin of the nose included Basal cell ca, Squamous cell ca, Baso-squamous cell ca, Melanoma, Malignant-schwannoma, Sweat gland adeno-ca. Basal cell ca. was the perponderant histologic type. Highest incidence occurring in the 5th & 6th decades of life & more common in man than in women. The most common etiologic factor was exposure to sun light or superficial irradiation. An adequate three-dimensional excision with rotation flap & skin graft of the nose has proved to be an effective method of management.
