ABSTRACT

Choanal atresia consists of abnormal obstruction in bony and membranous portion. Recently, the authors have experienced two cases of congenital choanal atresia. Surgical correction with silastic tube insertion by transpalatine approach offers a greater degree of success. Now, we report our cases with review of current literature.
