Eleven cases of polymorphic reticulosis were reviewed with the emphasis on the clinical aspects and prognosis of the disease. The results were as follows : 1) Age and Sex. 7 males, 4 females, ranged in age from 27 to 65 years, with a mean of 31.7 years in male, 46.5 years in female. 2) The main symptoms were nasal obstruction in 9 cases, purulent rhinorrhea in 7 cases, headache in 5 cases. 3) Primary sites were nasal cavity and nasal septum in 10 cases, soft palate in 1 case. Maxillary sinus and ethmoid sinus were involved in 7 and 5 cases, respectively. 4) ESR was elevated in 9 cases, beta and gamma globulin were also elevated. 5) 5 cases were received combined treatment with steroid and radiotherapy, 4 cases radiotherapy, only. 6) 5 cases among in 11 cases were expired and average time from diagnosis to death were 4.5 months. The causes of death were sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding and renal failure.
