In cleft-lip nose, nasal deformity and bad complex remain and the patients complain the disorder of nasal function, in many occassions even after primary repair for the lip. There were many reports on rhinoplasty for nasal deformity of cleft-lip nose, such as those by Brown and McDowell, Musgrave and Dupertius, McIndoe and Rees, Potter, Erich and Lamont. However, further excellent operative techniques are required and difficulties still remain. Recently Farrior reported satisfactory result following his own composite operation. We experienced good result in one case after operation for cleft-lip nose by Farrior's technique.
