ABSTRACT

It has acknowledged and described since we started ear operation on 1968 that the technic has to be amended and developed till we reach the final goal in order to save a many peoples who are suffering and sacrificing from the ear diseases. The most difficult problems related with the ear operation was the anterior or posterior blunting after the grafted was taken up, and the ossicular reconstruction operation to restore hearing. It is understood that several medical institutions in this country become to explore themselves in microsurgery particularily in micro-ear operation, and this paper is dealing with our own approach in Mastoid-Tympanoplasty performed since 1972.
