A man aged 68, was first seen by authors at April-19-’76. 10 years ago, the nose became red & bulbous mass and began to form which steadily grew to the size of medium strawberry. He has been embarrassed by the growth but has done nothing about it. Examination showed a tumor about the size of medium strawberry hanging from the tip of nose and ala nasi. The tumor was soft and appeared to be made up entirely of sebaceous gland. On April-20-’76, under general anesthesia with halothane, after infilteration of 1 : 200,000 adrenaline to the tumor, the lesion was removed with sharp knife. Entire surface of the nose was shaved with knife and scissors for smoothening of surface. Several large vessels had to be ligated with fine surgical gut and electrocoagulation. There were only slight oozing during the 1st. week of healing process, and then successful result were obtained.
