ABSTRACT

There are transnostril and external approaches in rhinoplasty. The authors have done corrective rhinoplasties using an external approach under general anesthesia. Their mean follow-up period was at least one year. Patients have a negligible scar in the columella. We report two cases of corrective rhinoplasty comparing preop. photographs, with review of the literature.
